  • Sirloin Tips (1-2 x 3lb packages)
  • Stew Meat (2-3 lbs)
  • Short Ribs 1 x 3 pieces)
  • Ground Beef (40 x 1 lb packages)
Beef is picked up from Carrol County Locker in Lanark, IL. Please select "I will pick up my order from the farm" to pick up there.
Custom Cut Available. Home Grown Cow will send you a cut form after the order is placed so you can make your choices.
The take-home weight is normally around 70% of the hanging weight, but varies by animal.
